1 多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌【关键词】多西摘要: 目的: 多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及副反应。方法:我院 2002 年 10 月至 200 4 年2 月确诊的Ⅲ~Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌 45 例,分成治疗组 25 例(多西紫杉醇 75mg/m2 静脉滴注, d1 ,顺铂 75mg/m2 静脉滴注, d1, 21d 一周期) ;对照组 20 例(盖诺 25mg/m2 , d1、 d8, 静脉滴注, 顺铂 80mg/m2 , d1 静脉滴注, 21d 一周期) 。结果:治疗组总有效率 72% ,对照组总有效率 40%, 两组有显著性差异。静脉炎发生率对照组明显高于治疗组。结论: 多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌是安全有效的。关键词:非小细胞肺癌;化疗;多西紫杉醇;顺铂 Chemotherapy with Docetaxel and Cisplatin in Non-small-cell Lung Cancer 2 Abstract : Objective: The aim of the study was to observe the efficacy and side effect of docetaxel and bination for patients with non-small-cell lung :From October 2002 to February 2004,45 patients with pathological diagnosis of stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ non-small-cell lung cancer were patients were divided into two groups(treatnent and control).The treatment group(25 cases) was treated by docetaxel and cisplatin at the dose of 75mg/m2/d on day 1 intravenously every 21 days. The control group (20 cases) was given navelbine 25mg/m2/d on day 1 and 8 and cisplatin 80mg/m2/ on day 1 intravenously every 21 days. Result:The overall responses for the treatment group and the control group were 72%and 40%,respectively, there were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < ).
