南京理工大学硕士学位论文复合热源自动螺柱焊焊枪装置研制及工艺试验姓名:王学敏申请学位级别:硕士专业:材料加工工程指导教师:王克鸿;张德库 20090622 硕士论文复合热源自动螺柱焊焊枪装置研制及工艺试验摘要装甲车辆车体炮塔附座目前主要采用手工焊条电弧焊或半自动气体保护焊,容易产生未焊合、裂纹、气孔等缺陷,。本文在综合分析国内外螺柱焊接技术研究现状的基础上,提出了适合大直径复合热源螺柱焊的焊枪结构方案,对焊枪中电磁提升机构、缓冲机构、高度调节机构、水冷散热机构等进行了研究设计,对焊枪中零件的材料进行了计算选择,研制出能够进行大直径螺柱焊焊接的螺柱焊枪。在分析研究国内外全固态感应加热技术的基础上,,设计了复合热源感应加热线圈,可对直径为10~30mm的螺柱实现复合热源螺柱焊接,,并对感应加热过程中的冷却系统提出优化方案。本文设计研制了焊枪、感应圈及其夹紧装置、焊接过程保护装置、焊接驱动装置等, 优化集成了拉弧式3000A螺柱焊机、29KW固态IGBT感应电源和系统控制器,形成了手动式复合热源螺柱焊原理样机。根据重型车辆研制和生产的需要,,设计了全自动化的机器人螺柱焊接系统,该系统具有自动夹套、自动取附座、附座自动送进等功能,完成了整个复合热源螺柱焊焊接过程的自动化、智能化装置的图纸。采用自行研制的大直径螺柱焊焊枪进行焊接试验,结果表明焊枪具有良好的使用性能,焊后焊缝成形良好,热影响区未出现过热、焊接裂纹等缺陷,与德国螺柱焊枪相比强度没有明显差距。关键词: 复合热源,螺柱焊枪,附座,原理样机 Abstract 硕士论文 Abstract Currently,most oftheblocks attached ofthearmored vehicles turret body are made by thetechnological procedures of manual electrode arCwelding andsemi-automatic gas ,there aresome welding defects such asunder fusion,crack, and practice,a hybrid thermal source made oftheinduction heat source and stud welding worked asan effectiveprocess forthelarge diameter studsandheavy,big steels.
