疏肝利胆溶石汤治疗胆石症的临床的分析研究.pdf

提要目的:观察疏肝利胆溶石汤治疗胆石症的临床疗效,并从理论和临床研究两个方面探讨疏肝利胆溶石汤治疗胆石症的机制。方法:临床选择符合纳入标准的胆石症患者65例,随机分为两组,治疗组(33例)给予疏肝利胆溶石汤水煎剂,对照组给予胆石片,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:临床研究显示, %;%,%;%;%,%。两组疗效对比,均有显著性差异(P<)或非常显著性差异(P<);治疗组能明显消除或改善右上腹疼痛(压痛)、嗳气、纳呆、恶心、厌食油腻等症状,其疗效优于对照组。结论:疏肝利胆溶石汤是治疗胆石症的有效方剂,其机理可能与改变胆汁成分,调节胆道及胃肠道动力,抗菌消炎等有关。关键词疏肝利胆溶石汤;胆石症;临床研究 Clinical Study ofTreating Gall-stone DiseaseWith Shu-Gan-Li-Dan—Rong-Shi-Tang Specialty: Medicine ofTCM.
