摘要
铜的单质及其化合物被广泛应用于工业生产的各个部门,其中电镀工业、冶金工业、化学工业的废水和矿山酸性废水中含有高浓度的含铜等重金属。这些工业废水如果不经过处理排放,对地下水和土壤的污染十分严重, 进而会影响到人类的生命健康。含铜等重金属废水的传统处理方法有化学沉淀法、电解法、离子交换法、电渗析法、反渗透法、铁氧体法等, 这些治理方法运行费用、技术要求、处理成本都很高。
本文采用环境友好型改性高岭土来快速去除水中的Cu2+。研究了不同改性药剂、改性药剂浓度、微波辐射时间、微波辐射强度、微波辐射等方式吸附Cu2+性能的影响。研究结果显示,硫酸为最佳改性药剂,在硫酸为3mol/L,辐射时间为12min,在改性前进行微波辐射,微波辐射强度为700W的条件下最佳,并且在进行微波辐射后发现,进行700W微波效果最好。但是经分析,考虑到节省能耗及工程上应用,,辐射时间12min,辐射强度为300W。

ABSTRACT
The various departments of elemental pound of copper is widely used in industrial production, copper and other heavy metal containing contain high concentrations of the electroplating industry, metallurgical industry, chemical industry waste water and acid mine drainage in the. The industrial waste water without treatment and discharge, is very serious to the groundwater and soil contamination, thus affect the health and life of human being. The traditional processing method of copper and other heavy metal wastewater chemical precipitation, electrolysis, ion exchange, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis, ferrite method, the treatment method of operation cost, technical requirements, processing costs are high.
In this paper, environmental friendly Cu2+ rapid removal of modified kaolin. Effects of different modifiers, modification reagent concentration, microwave irradiation time, microwave radiation, microwave radiation on Cu2+ adsorption results show, sulfuric acid as the best modification agent, in the sulfuric acid is 3mol/L, irradiation time was 12min, the microwave radiation of microwave radiation intensity, the best under the condition of 700W, and found that in radiation intensity of 700W best. But the analysis, taking into account the saving energy and engineering application, consider sulfate, irradiation time is 12min, the radiation intensity of 300W.
