注:1994年以后实行分税制财政体制,增值税75%部分和消费税划为中央收入,因而1994年起地方财政收入有所降低。
Note: After the tax-share system was adopted in 1994 with 75% VAT and consumption tax belong to central government,the local government revenue decreased.
